This year, I turned 48, 24 twice, and I started working in changing my life in good ways. After I dropped my daily intake of soft drinks, I decided to loose some weight. In 2009 I lost 50 pounds, but recovered 20 since then. I just wanted to remove to loose them again, but ended up loosing 30 instead. This happened because, beside counting my calories and changing some eating habits, I increased the amount of exercise.
So, now my weight is the same than when I was 24, half my age (or even slightly lower) and, as I tested in my last visit to Monterrey, I can run even more than then. I’m in better shape and healthier than when I was a young man. I feel unstoppable, and that takes me to an even greater challenge and adventure….stay tuned.
