Then, our teenage years and young adult age, when we thought we were always right and that nothing could stop us. Those years were filled with dreams of grandeur.
Then, adulthood kicks in. We get into daily routines, worries about giving our families a good life and saving enough money for the future, when we will be old. We gained weight and got into a sedentary life. Our health started to deteriorate...Nah! this sound like a depressive explanation of a boring life...
I turned 48 today, and feel better than ever: My physical condition is better than when I was half my age, I have a great family, and great new career plans. Nobody try to stop me now!
Thank you all of you who wished me a happy birthday on the phone, in person or in social media.
And that thing they called mid life crisis....that should come to me in about 30 more years.
