Now to this food review, related to my motorcycle trip, but not really a motorcycling story.
Before I started my trip, I requested ideas for dinner tonight, as I was considering expending a night in Nashville. My friend and former coworker Dan suggested Hattie B's Hot Chicken. I saw pictures that we shared in Facebook before and got interested. I found out that the close early on Sundays, so I almost discarded the idea, but then some other friend mentioned as well. I asked him if it was really that good (Dan would fly from Texas only to have it) and he said "Yes. Well it's fry chicken, so it is that good if you are into fried chicken". Well, I'm not that much into fried chicken.....but this one is that good! So I made an extra effort to get there on time (you will know all the pitfalls once I can write in bikersmiles.com) and made it. And I'm glad I did! This is one of the best fried chickens that I have tried. I choose their medium sauce, and it was hot enough for a lousy Mexican like me. Their sides are also very good. I got the baked beans and Mac and chese. Good call Dan, I'm glad I followed your advise!
